By creating an account, requesting transport, or using ActivRescue, you agree to these Terms. ActivRescue is a technology platform that connects users with independent ambulance providers and medics. ActivRescue does not directly deliver clinical treatment.

ActivRescue is not a substitute for official emergency dispatch services. Availability and response time depend on independent providers and operational conditions. Users should contact official emergency services in life threatening situations.

Medical assessment, intervention, transport decisions, and patient outcomes are the sole responsibility of the selected provider and attending medic team. ActivRescue is not liable for malpractice, clinical negligence, or ambulance equipment failure attributable to providers.

Users must provide accurate request details, location information, and relevant patient context. Fraudulent use, abuse, safety threats, or misuse of platform features may result in account restriction, cancellation, or legal action.

Service pricing may be set by providers or governed by platform rules. Applicable fees, surcharges, taxes, and cancellation charges may apply. Billing disputes must be raised within the published dispute window in the app or support channels.

Use of personal and health related information is governed by the ActivRescue Privacy Policy and applicable data protection law. By using the platform, you consent to necessary data sharing with assigned responders to deliver requested services.

Activ Life may suspend or terminate access for legal, safety, or policy reasons. Terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use after notice of an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
